Your next chapter can begin here.

You do not have to have everything figured out. Therapy can offer a genuine relationship where you feel seen, make sense of what you have lived through, and move toward a life that feels more fully your own.

You know something needs to change.

Meaningful change often begins when you have space to be honest about what is no longer working. You do not need all the answers. We can begin with what is real.

Therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest and supported enough to grow.

My approach is collaborative, experiential, trauma-informed, and grounded in curiosity. I will not reduce you to a diagnosis or treat you like a problem to fix.

Our work is built on a real therapeutic relationship. You can expect me to be engaged, curious, and honest while respecting your pace and choices. Together, we can understand patterns, strengthen connection, and practice more authentic ways of moving through life and relationships.

Starting therapy does not have to feel complicated.

Submit a consultation request with a little information about what you are looking for. I will follow up to schedule an initial consultation call.

The call gives us a chance to talk honestly about what brings you to therapy, what you hope for, and whether working together feels right. There is no obligation to begin therapy because you schedule a consultation.
